At Blue Diamond, we pride ourselves on the quality of our matting and floor safety products. Our products are rigorously tested at independent facilities and certified to the highest standards.

The tests undertaken depend on the type of product, but may include resistance to wear and tear, deflection rate (a measurement of underfoot comfort), slip resistance, critical fall height, fire resistance, electrical resistance, electrostatic discharge (ESD) rate, oil and chemicals resistance and polycyclic aromatic hydrocarbon (PAH) and other chemical content.

Once a prototype is in production, we use strict quality control processes to ensure a consistent standard across the run. Throughout the year we also regularly quality check our products to ensure they consistently meet the needs of you, our customers.

We’re so confident in our testing and quality control processes that we offer a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects on all Blue Diamond products.
