Terms & Conditions - Customer Logo Usage Form

Logo usage: By providing your logo, you are permitting Blue Diamond to use it solely for branding your direct shipment delivery notes. The logo will appear in black and white, even if a colour version is provided.

Intellectual property: You retain all rights to your logo and intellectual property. This consent grants Blue Diamond permission to use your logo as specified, without transferring any ownership.

Updating or changing your consent: If you wish to update or change your consent, please notify us in writing. We will promptly adjust our use of your logo according to your new instructions.

Liability: We will use your logo in a manner that respects your brand guidelines. However, Blue Diamond is not liable for any claims arising from the use of the logo on the delivery notes as described.
