Safety Scrape is an excellent anti-slip resistant mat designed to effectively remove swarf, dirt and grime from shoes and boots. The mat is 100% nitrile rubber, which provides resistance to oil, grease and chemicals making it perfect for engineering workshops, kitchens, production areas as well as external entrances. The gripper backing ensures the mat remains firm underfoot and doesn’t move on wet or slippery surfaces. Safety Scrape is available in a range of sizes with an overall thickness of 5mm.
Sanibrush has been designed to improve hygiene in food preparation and processing areas as well as for entrances to kitchens and catering facilities. The ramped edges retain disinfectant solution whilst the raised nib design not only offers an efficient scrubbing action, the nibs compress under foot traffic, bringing footwear into contact with the disinfectant. Sanibrush also offers great anti-fatigue benefits.
Stillages are fabricated for both storing and transporting, a valued heavy-duty storage solution. Sized 2450mm x 1230mm x 900mm in height. Made from steel to hold a maximum weight load of 1400kg (WLL), they complement fabricated footing to allow for stacking and fixed posting. Recommended to stack no higher than three, the stackable model allows for efficient, safe and tidy storage.
Stillages are typically in correlation with our ground protection range or holding the equivalent of up to two pallet spaces. To affix, simply align the pre-drilled corner holes of adjacent mats and fasten using either our two-way or four-way connectors, depending on your layout requirements. This ensures a stable, interlocked surface that prevents shifting, even under heavy loads. Each GroundTuff mat requires six connectors to fully secure all sides.
