GroundTuff Enviro is an economically moulded temporary ground protection solution. Manufactured from 95% recycled PVC, engineered to perform in challenging environments. Engineered to support loads up to 100 tonnes* and designed with a 6-bar chequer plate finish on both sides, supports safe use for pedestrians, machinery and plant whilst providing non-slip properties. Designed to be compatible with our full range of 2-way and 4-way connectors, mats fix together with ease. Securely attaching the mats allows for creating custom-sized spaces, roadways, or larger flooring areas. With the benefit of integrated handholds that allow for fast layout, whilst permitting relocation, making them versatile for various applications. *Load bearing capacity is dependent on ground conditions and load characteristics.

Stillages are fabricated for both storing and transporting, a valued heavy-duty storage solution. Sized 2450mm x 1230mm x 900mm in height. Made from steel to hold a maximum weight load of 1400kg (WLL), they complement fabricated footing to allow for stacking and fixed posting. Recommended to stack no higher than three, the stackable model allows for efficient, safe and tidy storage. Stillages are typically in correlation with our ground protection range or holding the equivalent of up to two pallet spaces. Stillages are blue and require forklift access to be able to reposition, transport and offload. Steel fabrication offers durability and the ability to withstand harsh weathering environments.

The GroundTuff Urban is a lightweight yet durable temporary ground protection solution, supporting a load capacity of up to 35 tonnes*. Manufactured from 100% recyclable High-Density Polyethene (HDPE), each mat measures 1100mm x 2400mm in size, 8mm thick. Designed with a smooth finish and a 4-bar chequered plate surface, which provides the benefits of anti-slip properties, minimising risks of slips, trips and falls, and features the opportunity for ease of wheeled access making this mat suitable for many applications.  Like other mats in our GroundTuff range, the GroundTuff Urban features a design of corner and side holes that provide connection points, allowing for mats to be joined together. Compatible with our full range of 2-way and 4-way connectors.  A combination of being lightweight and with design of integrated handholds provides the opportunity for a quick layout, supporting the meeting of project demands and deadlines. Mats can easily be repositioned depending on bespoke area requirements and used time and time again. *Load bearing capacity is dependent on ground conditions and load characteristics, and the ground beneath the matting must be structurally sound and free from significant depressions, such as potholes, as these can cause the matting to crack or become damaged.

Our GRP Adhesive and Sealant complements our range of GRP anti-slip products and can be used to bond GRP to most substrates including metal, wood, concrete and brick. Our adhesive remains flexible once cured, is available in clear, and is solvent free.

Our GRP Angle compliments our vast range of GRP grating to provide best-practice fixing methods for fastening grating panels, or creating frames and truss structures. Our GRP Angle is constructed from the highest quality fibreglass making it lightweight, and also chemical, rust, and corrosion resistant whilst offering longevity and durability. Certified to EN 13706. Available in Grey (RAL 7000). Optional clips, bolts and clamps are available to purchase if required.

GRP fixings complement our range of GRP anti-slip products and provide best-practice fixing methods to most substrates. Selecting the correct fixings is a critical part of reducing trip hazards and using recommended solutions is the safest way to achieve this. Fixings are available in a range of finishes, including with coloured heads to match the anti-slip GRP colour.

GRP Grating Clips and Clamps complement our range of GRP Grating and provide best-practice fixing methods for fastening and joining grating panels. We supply M Clips and C Clips to fit 25mm, 38mm and 50mm Grating, M Clip for Mini Mesh, universal J Clamp and our Square Fixing Clip and Fixing Disc for 25mm, 38mm and Mini Mesh Grating, all in stainless steel. We also supply Panel Fasteners Hex and Nut, Bolt, and Washer Sets.

GRP Grating Stair Treads are a cost-effective way to increase safety to stairways, with an easy installation due to being lightweight and limited tooling required for installation. The gritted surface provides excellent traction which makes them ideal for use in any environment, indoor or outdoors, whilst allowing for drainage and air circulation. Our GRP Grating Stair Treads are tough and durable making them suitable for use in even the harshest of environments, including frosty and wet areas, as they will not twist, rot or warp.
